Many people like me are power users of their smart phones and tablets. If you are constantly using them then you know that they will run out of power sometime during the day or evening. If you are not near an AC wall outlet with your charger or in your car with a charger what can you do? Especially if you are traveling in a plane, bus or train. In addition many of the newer tablets are real power hungry devices and it takes a lot to recharge them.

After charging I charged my Color Nook, my iPad and my cell phone and the Anker still showed a 50% capacity. I recharged it again and didn't use it for a couple of days and it held it's 100% charge. I then used it again to charge my iPad that was down to 65%. It completely charged my iPad back to 100% and showed according to the indicator lights that I still had about 80% capacity on the Anker charger. So far so good. It's doing everything I expected.

I can think of several times in my life recently where I forgot to charge my phone and was unable to coordinate plans with friends. This product would've been a great help in those instances.

I recently found myself suffering from dead devices when having long delays or layovers in airports, or on long flights so I started asking around for portable power solutions. A friend turned me on to this device and it has been amazing! The device is small, it holds a great charge for a long time, and it has enough power to handle my phone and my tablet without a problem. I'm still working on finding an adapter to get it to power my laptop, but I've heard tell it can/will work. When I got this thing, I turned several friends on to it but was sad that I didn't get the little mesh pouch that holds the provided accessories. A simple post on Twitter and the service people were instantly reaching out to me and after providing the serial number of my device, they shipped it right out- absolutely wonderful! They were courteous, helpful, and more than happy to oblige. I was shocked and quite pleased to see that real customer service still exists, something that is sadly rare in today's world.
